This isn't a weekend of heavy healing, it's a weekend of playful growth.

This is a weekend to feel into your emotional body in an expansion, immersive way. Space and time to feel your fullness, to emerge from routine and come back to ritual, to feel your limitless potential and to create magic with guided support and expressed love.

You’re accessing a body-based experienced, to connect to your heart, your creativity, your power, your rage, your sensuality, your authentic code, your pleasure and your purpose. We’re unleashing the true expression of your heart’s desires, rewiring your beliefs, reconnecting your mind, and trusting your body.

Your weekend is completed customized, and will likely include many or all of the following.

 

1:1 Somatic Sessions

Sessions will include my unique blend of integrative parts work, attachment theory, embodied movement and behavior analysis.

Meet Expanders

An introduction to my network, someone (or multiple people) who will become an expander for you, a new mentor, friend, supporter now in your circle

Mind/Body/Soul Nourishment

You’ll eat from the earth, the California way, feeling supported from the inside out, with delicious healthy meals.

 

High-Touch Experts

Based on your needs and desires, I’ll be setting you up with other experts and healers for an even more well-rounded experience (think cupping, sound healing, meditation, personal training, etc) 

Release & Reconnect

Shake off old patterns and beliefs, literally - you’ll be invited to move, to let go and to make space for what’s meant for you so you can reconnect to yourself, your sisterhood and Mother Earth.

Play

There will be plenty of time to play, to be, to enjoy, to relax, to refuel in solitude. Take full advantage of the access to the ocean, hiking, abundance of nature, Los Angeles has for you.

What You Get

A luxurious weekend in Los Angeles

We begin with an opening practice Friday at 7pm pt and ceremonially close on Sunday at 2pm pt.

  • I recommend taking off, and allowing this to be a time for you to lean into all that is offered, but if you feel ignited about working while there, the choice is yours!

    There is WIFI and plenty of places to take private calls.

  • This is a personalized experience just for you.

  • Recommended places to stay will be provided.
    You can either fly into LAX or Burbank airport.

  • Clothes you feel comfortable moving in and eating out in.

    It will be warm during the day, but it tends to cool down at night.

    I recommend bringing a bathing suit, and loungewear.

    You’ll get a full recommended list once you sign up!

  • A $500 deposit secures your spot and is not refundable.

    Should you choose to cancel your participation 30 days in advance, the remainder of your investment will be refunded or not owed.
