The Art of Intimacy

An experiential workshop to learn to date and relate from your head and heart for deeper intimacy with yourself and others.
Find more joy and pleasure in dating and relating by intentionally connecting to your Self, reigniting your desire, and rewriting your beliefs around passionate partnership.
You'll learn to strengthen your ability to be more emotionally met and understood and feel both supported and stretched, leaving with tools and practices to continue to guide yourself, a felt sense of what to bring to your dates/relationship, and a new like-minded community to feel supported by.
*This event is for both single and partnered people
Please dress comfortably and bring a journal.
Expect to
Explore the 3 stages of intimacy (an absolutely life changing topic)
Learn how to use Parts Work to act from more integrated Self with trust and confidence to release yourself from doubt and overthinking
Attune to your understanding and integration of your own emotions, so you can better hold and support those of your present/future partner's
Ground your nervous system to have a deeper felt sense of your own energetic body, so you can be connected, beyond words, to your present/future partner's body and energy
Feel supported in expansive community while being simultaneously stretched outside your comfort zone
Leave with tools and practices you can use to continue to support yourself in your dating and relating journey
About Kelley
Kelley Hoag, M.S. is a Somatic Behavioral Therapist who works with high-level leaders who want to go deeper than traditional talk therapy, and live a life beyond the status quo. She stands for her client’s sustainable self-growth by blending unique research-backed and intuition-led methods to find clarity and acceptance from the inside, out. Kelley guides her clients to deep self-trust by connecting them to their bodies in order to process their emotions and beliefs, turning loud voices of judgement and criticism into ones of success, and compassion.
Kelley holds her Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology, and Master’s of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis. Kelley is also a Certified Integrative Health Coach, and Meditation Teacher, and holds certifications in Integrative Somatic Parts Work, and Somatic Attachment Therapy. Kelley is currently enrolled in a 200hr yoga teacher training.
As the founder of Root to Rise, Kelley has 10+ years of experience in the field. She works virtually with her clients one-on-one and hosts retreats, workshops and in-person events all over the country.
