Sustainable, healthy habits are the key to feeling your best and maximizing your day but sometimes the details become overwhelming. Kelley will combine her deep knowledge of holistic health and her passion for habit change to guide Six Degrees Society members in creating the healthy lives they deserve. She will walk members through the four steps she used to get herself unstuck and into alignment. Members will be guided through a hands-on workshop and leave with the tangible tools to create habits that stick.
