How would you describe yourself spiritually? Is spirituality an individual or collective practice? Why is it important to consider these questions? Join us to discuss these questions with Alexandra Trevisan, the founder of Spiriosity: a community for all things religious, spiritual, and metaphysical. About Dr. Alex
Dr. Alex is a chiropractor with a passion to explore and optimize the human experience. These curiosities inspired her to study Psychology and Religion at Wake Forest University in North Carolina. Her interest in these mental and spiritual facets of wellness led her to then explore the physical component of health. Alex moved to the west coast where she received her Doctorate in Chiropractic at The Southern California University of Health Sciences. Her passion for well-being includes understanding the parallels between different religious beliefs and cultural norms, in order to highlight the humanity in others. Alex considers spirituality, curiosity and education as three critical pillars in enhancing our engagement with ourselves and the world around us. She takes an approach that considers proper movement, eating, and thinking patterns for a comprehensive understanding of her patient’s needs.
