Rituals - A Path to Balance

You are what you repeatedly do, so let’s make those actions intentionally aligned with who you want to be. Through meditation, movement, journaling and conversation we will ground down into the present, return home to ourselves, and from that place of clarity and inspiration you will set the foundation for meaningful rituals. You will leave this workshop with (at least) one applicable ritual to add into your daily routine designed to bring more balance into your life.
This workshop will also give you the tools to help:
Reduce stress and anxiety
Release stuck emotion
Spark creativity
Define your values
The rituals we will explore can easily be implemented into your daily routine. They are not dramatic or drastic to implement, but over time can make a dramatic change in your life.
Please note this workshop will be held on zoom and you will need a yoga mat, cushion, journal, and a pen.
Lilly Balch is a NYC based therapeutic yoga instructor, meditation teacher & creator/host of The Morning Ritual Podcast. She seeks to support your sense of presence, internal strength, and inner peace through a balanced combination of movement and stillness.
In order to bring a greater body, mind, and spirit awareness to her art (having been a dancer her whole life) she delved into the practice of yoga seven years ago. Lilly completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2013 and has been teaching both private clients and group classes ever since. In 2017 she completed her 500-hour certification under Dana Slamp at Pure Yoga NYC with an emphasis on yoga therapeutics and meditation. She brings a mindful, positive, and bright energy to her teaching.
