Journal Prompts
Create a list of activities that sincerely support your sense of inner peace (ex - coloring, reading, yoga, etc)
Consider this your “mental health menu” and commit to incorporating at least 1 of these activities per week.Is there an emotion that has been asking for your attention lately? Excitement, frustration, fear, desire. Give this emotion the floor, and journal as it, to see what it wants you to know.
What are 3 things you appreciate about your life and 3 things you appreciate about your Self?
