Somatic Movement
Somatics is about getting to know the frozen parts of self, in order to find a more integrated, liberated and true, you.
Yoga is a harmonious modality to this-
offering both structure and technique for an exploratory journey within of flow and intuition. As you’re guided to move through the layers of defense and conditioning we’ve all built up (physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, energetically), you begin sweetly, playfully, and accessibly gaining access to your true source of connection, joy and freedom that lives within your own body. You’ll learn more compassionate self talk in moments of discomfort, more self trust in trying something new and more fully expressed authenticity -
tools that you strengthen on the mat, for a well-lived life off the mat.

PRIVATE SESSIONS:
Private somatic yoga sessions are customized, playful, deep and exploratory, with supportive, masterful hands-on adjustments and individualized recommendations to self-strengthen physically, emotionally and spiritually.
Great for beginners who want to feel more confident in poses and more connected to their bodies!
1:1 private or semi-private sessions are available both in-person in Wilmington, NC and virtually over Zoom.
CORPORATE OFFERINGS:
Even on the best days, stress can prevent teams and individuals from being fully focused and doing their best work, and too much of it can lead to burnout, disengagement, more sick days, and strained relationships in the workplace.
Custom group corporate offerings are available, which may also combine a blend of yoga, behavior coaching, meditation, team exercises, for a holistic workshop experience.
IN-STUDIO CLASSES & GROUPS:
Kelley teaches public group classes at Pineapple Studios and Port City Power Yoga in Wilmington, NC.
Or, book a private group yoga experience - for celebrations, retreats, birthdays, bachelorette/bachelor/weddings, local pop-up events. Kelley will either bring the class to your desired space, or, option to meet Kelley at her studio in Wilmington. Options to have a custom blend of meditation, yoga, somatic movement, and even partner/group-specific practices.
