That’s not what I do.
I focus on sustainability. Mind/body connection. Habits that feel good and therefore stick. I help you reprogram your thought patterns and behaviors by getting to the root, so your cycle of frustration ends and you’re able to finally live a balanced life and achieve your goals.

40% of our day is made up of habits and we make about 35,000 choices every day.

I was struggling with multiple eating disorders, unable to create true habits, and I felt stuck in a cycle of disappointment with myself and my choices. I hit rock bottom; gained 20 pounds, got fired and was dumped.
I had finally had enough and knew something had to change.
I needed to root down to my intuition to rise up into the life I deserved.
I created sustainable routines that are aligned with the truest version of myself.

Trying to make the changes on your own just isn’t happening, is it?
That’s ok. We’re not taught how behavior works, how to trust ourselves and how to find harmony between the two…until Rooted.


We’ll start with foundational work, to gain clarity the thoughts controlling your behavior and how to address the root of what’s causing your stress and overwhelm when it comes to your well-being and daily routine.
Next, you’ll learn new skills, new vocabulary, a new way of thinking about your health and habits that’s evidence-based and research-backed.
Then, we integrate and you’ll put what you’ve learned into action in your day, gaining feedback and knowing how to make the changes you’ve made last well beyond the program
Throughout the entirety of the program, you’ll be supported by a community of like-minded badasses cheering you on and keeping you accountable!

F.A.Q.

Q: I’ve gone through programs before and nothing has worked. How do I know this is the right investment?

A: I target your habits from two sides - behavioral science and intuitive health. There is no band-aiding in Rooted. We get to the bottom of what’s going on so all of the changes you’re making are true to who you are. I’ll also give you the tools to create lasting change so you'll reap the benefits long after the program ends.

Q: I’m not sure which is right for me, Rooted or a 1:1 partnership.

A: If you find motivation in accountability and appreciate a more hands-on approach, a 1:1 partnership is for you. If you prefer to DIY and teach yourself these tools, the self-study is the right move.
